MDMY Construtora is a company with 19-years of experience working within both the Public and Private sectors on construction projects of all sizes. The company holds GERIC status with Caixa Economica Federal.

Based in the city of Fortaleza in northeastern Brazil, MDMY Construtora Ltda constructs social housing, middle-income housing, high-quality prime property and infrastructure works such as roads, water and sewage systems.

Our team includes engineers, architects and buyers who manage the required work forces on a project basis. Using modern techniques, quality materials and high-tech machinery, we deliver large-volume projects on time and on budget.

Working in partnership with MDMY Incorporações S/A, our integrated team handles the real estate development process from beginning to end.
